What The Residential Development Will Offer

Angeleno Associates is designing the residential portion. The site plan shows the homes arranged across the western and central portions of the property, with internal circulation areas connecting the new neighborhoods between Firestone Boulevard and Front Street.

The current plan calls for 130 rooms across four stories, although some details could change depending on the eventual hotel operator and market conditions.
