BOLOUR Associates Inc. has secured entitlements to develop a new six-story rental apartment building at 1330 W. Sunset Blvd. in Los Angeles. Situated at the intersection of Sunset Boulevard and Vin Scully Avenue, the property offers proximity to Dodger Stadium, enhancing its appeal for residents.

Upon completion, the building will feature 86 apartment units, including studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom layouts. The amenities will include a fitness center, an open-air courtyard, and a rooftop amenity deck equipped with seating areas and barbeque facilities. The building will also provide both grade-level and subterranean parking to accommodate residents.
