The half-million-square-foot Mercer on One shopping center in Lawrenceville, New Jersey, is adding new businesses to its lineup.
Federal Realty Investment Trust has revealed six new tenants joining the mall. These include two restaurants, two apparel retailers, and more. The announcement follows last year's rebranding of the mall from Mercer Center to Mercer on One, which featured an updated visual identity. This rebranding effort aimed to diversify the retail, dining, and lifestyle options available.
Jeffrey Fischer, VP of regional leasing at Federal Realty, expressed excitement about the new additions. He emphasized that the new tenants reflect Federal Realty's dedication to creating a dynamic retail environment catering to a wide range of interests and preferences within the community.
Bloomingdale's Outlet will occupy 18,649 square feet and offer a large selection of fashion-forward apparel and accessories when it opens in fall 2024. Lazy Dog Restaurant is set to open in 2025, providing 8,511 square feet of space featuring made-from-scratch American food and drinks with seasonally inspired ingredients, all in a relaxed atmosphere. J.Crew Factory, a specialty retailer, will occupy approximately 6,000 square feet and is expected to open in winter 2024. D1 Sports & Athletics, spanning 3,800 square feet, will open in spring 2025, offering state-of-the-art training for athletes with specialized programs and personalized coaching. Nan Xiang Express is scheduled to open in spring 2025, providing a modern Chinese food experience in a 2,817-square-foot space. Sephora will bring the latest beauty trends and a wide range of products to Mercer on One, occupying 4,818 square feet and opening in winter 2024.
Federal Realty manages 102 properties, hosting approximately 3,300 tenants across 26 million commercial square feet, along with around 3,100 residential units.
