A New Chapter in Jupiter Island Luxury
This project marks Soffer’s second boutique condo venture on Jupiter Island, following the successful $168.8 million sellout of SeaGlass Jupiter Island in 2023. Traditionally known for its luxury single-family homes, the area is experiencing a surge in high-end condominium developments.
Design and Features
Designed by Miami-based Swedroe Architecture with interiors by Fanny Haim & Associates, the residences will be furniture-ready, featuring custom kitchens with European and American stones, energy-efficient appliances, and smart home automation. Three penthouses will offer private rooftop terraces with summer kitchens and hydrotherapy spas, while two beach residences will include oversized terraces with private pools.
Market Appeal
Despite its legal and structural issues, the property has attracted significant interest from family offices and developers. Tony Arellano of Dwntwn Realty Advisors noted that it offers a rare opportunity in a prime Coconut Grove location.
Keeping Up With Demand
1 Homes Jupiter Island represents a significant addition to the luxury real estate landscape of South Florida. With its prime location, high-end amenities, and the backing of renowned developers, the project is poised to attract discerning buyers seeking exclusive oceanfront living.
