A huge new project called DoubleBranch, which used to be known as Pasco Town Center, is coming to Pasco County, Florida

What we know about the upcoming development: It will be a mix of homes, businesses, and stores. The project will cost over $2 billion and is expected to create over 600 new jobs.

The first part of the project will be built next week, in October. It will include 2.5 million square feet of space for businesses that work in science and medicine, as well as 100 acres of land for other businesses and homes.

The project in numbers: When DoubleBranch is finished, it will have 4 million square feet of space for businesses that work in science and medicine, 400,000 square feet of space for stores, 3,500 homes, 300 hotel beds, and maybe 725,000 square feet of space for offices.

Location, location, location: The exact address of DoubleBranch is not yet known, but it will be located near State Road 52 in one of Pasco County's fastest-growing areas.

DoubleBranch will be a big deal for Pasco County and the Tampa Bay area. It will create jobs, boost the economy, and provide new places to live and work.
