BH Group Unveils Plans for 14-Story Condo & Hotel Tower in Hallandale Beach, FL

Aventura-based developer BH Group has submitted an application for a 14-story condo and hotel tower in Hallandale Beach, Florida. The proposed development will be located at 804 S. Federal Highway and will feature 138 condo/hotel units and 60 condominiums, as well as 4,000 square feet of retail space and 284 parking spaces.

What to expect from this new project: The condo/hotel units will be on floors five through ten and will be 500 to 850 square feet. The fifth-floor units will have large terraces, while the units on the higher floors will have smaller balconies. The condo/hotel space will total 86,040 square feet. The condominiums will be on floors 11 through 14 and will be 635 to 1,145 square feet. Each condo will have a private balcony. The condo space will total 55,460 square feet, with an average unit size of 924 square feet.

The proposed amenities: The development will also feature a rooftop amenity deck with a pool, fitness center, and clubroom. Additionally, there will be a 2,450-square-foot public plaza at the corner of Federal Highway and Southeast Eighth Street.
