After receiving the green light from the Aventura City Council, the ambitious plans for Icon Aventura have taken shape. Designed as a sparkling mixed-use development, this 26-story marvel will stand proudly on a sprawling 4-acre site at 2999 Northeast 191st Street. With a steadfast dedication to inclusivity, the development will provide 275 luxurious condominiums alongside 20 rental units reserved for Aventura's esteemed first responders and dedicated teachers. Going beyond conventional design, Icon Aventura will also house a stunning 12,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space, catering to the diverse needs of the community.

The sprawling 29-acre site in Boca Raton offers ample space for innovation and growth.

The joint venture has big plans for the site, envisioning a striking nine-story structure that will combine residential and retail spaces. With 500 residential units and 42,000 square feet of retail space, this project holds promise for both the local community and future residents.

In terms of ownership, BH, Related, and Pebb have not yet finalized whether the residential units will be condos or apartments. This decision will greatly impact the character and feel of the development.
