Boston Global Investors (BGI) is celebrating a significant achievement as they recently completed the structural construction of 10 World Trade, a cutting-edge building in Boston's Seaport district. This 555,250-square-foot, 17-story structure, dedicated to laboratory and research and development, has been taking shape since March 2022 and is on track to open its doors in the fourth quarter of 2024.
A Vision of Innovation and Inclusivity
BGI's Vice President, John Hynes IV, expressed his pride in this milestone. A Beacon of Sustainability and Connectivity
The building has already achieved a SITES Pre-Certification and is aiming for the prestigious LEED Gold certification, showcasing its dedication to sustainability. Moreover, it proudly holds the distinction of being the first Double Platinum WiredScore and SmartScore certified building on the East Coast. This remarkable project is being developed in collaboration with financial partners, Wheelock Street Capital and PGIM Real Estate.
