Entrusted by Axis Electrified, this site stands as New Jersey's inaugural "high-end" EV charging facility. Axis Electrified, renowned for its California project, chose Cushman & Wakefield to spearhead the East Coast development, situated at 1-23 Tompkins Port Road.

Strategic Location and Impending Delivery: Q4 2024

Anticipated for completion in the fourth quarter of 2024, the property strategically boasts direct access to Route 21, Route 9, and the New Jersey Turnpike. Outfitted with both Level 2 and Level 3 chargers, the future charging hub aims to offer versatile solutions. Comprising 68 chargers, including ABB Terra 124 L3 and Terra AC Wallbox UL L2 chargers, this cutting-edge facility will be exclusively leased by Cushman & Wakefield Vice Chairs Bill Waxman and Mindy Lissner, Director Jeff Volpi, and Senior Associate Chris Griffith.

Designed to accommodate a variety of electric vehicles, including high voltage batteries like Tesla's, the facility includes eight ABB Terra 124 L3 chargers and 60 Terra AC Wallbox UL L2 chargers.
