Situated at 1901 Collins Avenue, The Shore Club has been an integral part of Miami Beach's landscape since its inception in 1949 by architect Albert Anis. Now, developers Witkoff and Monroe Capital have joined forces with Auberge Resorts Collection to breathe new life into this distinguished site. The project, slated for a grand opening in 2027, aims to transform the property into a multifaceted destination that seamlessly blends luxurious hotel accommodations with premium residential offerings.

Preserving History, Embracing Innovation

Under the stewardship of Auberge Resorts Collection, The Shore Club will retain its original charm while embracing modernity. Renowned architect Robert A.M. Stern Architects (RAMSA), in collaboration with Bryan O’Sullivan Studio and Kobi Karp Architecture and Interior Design, will oversee the transformation. The project includes the addition of an 18-story residential tower and an independent villa, blending contemporary design with Miami Beach's rich architectural heritage. RAMSA's innovative approach respects the site's historical essence while introducing new living concepts that seamlessly merge indoor and outdoor spaces.

The revitalized Shore Club will feature 73 rooms and suites, including a lavish penthouse, offering direct beach access and exceptional amenities amidst landscaped gardens. The new residential tower, standing 200 feet tall, will reinterpret Miami Beach's iconic MiMo architecture, offering expansive views and innovative living spaces. The Cromwell Hotel will be transformed into 49 unique residences, each boasting individual floor plans and stunning ocean vistas. Additionally, an exclusive 8,000-square-foot beach house will provide residents with a private oasis for family enjoyment.
