Project Overview

Groundbreaking for Atlantic Station occurred in January 2023. It is promoted as the largest single-phase mixed-income Transit-Oriented Development in Miami-Dade County's history.

Planned Features

Atlantic Station will include 616 apartments, with 360 designated for workforce income residents. The development will feature 5,013 square feet of retail space, 15,093 square feet for a full-service restaurant, and 5,013 square feet for a fast food restaurant. Additionally, there will be 605 parking spaces within an 8-story garage.

Key Players

The project, known as Block 45, is developed by Atlantic Pacific Communities, LLC, with Bermello Ajamil serving as the architect.
