<p>Groundbreaking for Atlantic Station occurred in January 2023. It is promoted as the largest single-phase mixed-income Transit-Oriented Development in Miami-Dade County&#39;s history.</p>

<h4><strong>Planned Features</strong></h4>

<p>Atlantic Station will include 616 apartments, with 360 designated for workforce income residents. The development will feature 5,013 square feet of retail space, 15,093 square feet for a full-service restaurant, and 5,013 square feet for a fast food restaurant. Additionally, there will be 605 parking spaces within an 8-story garage.</p>
