Atkins Companies has embarked on a substantial investment project at the Washington Medical Arts building in Washington Township, NJ. Acquired in 2023, this two-story, 70,140-square-foot Class-A medical office structure is undergoing a comprehensive transformation to enhance its offerings.

Unlocking Potential

Principal Cory Atkins highlights the vision behind the venture, stating, "When we purchased the Washington Medical Arts building last year, we recognized its potential to become one of southern New Jersey’s premier healthcare destinations."

Expanding Medical Facilities

The revitalization effort includes repurposing a former fitness center into 33,000 square feet of clinical medical space. Additionally, 7,700 square feet of leasable space is being created, further diversifying the building's offerings.

Enhanced Services

Lease signings and expansions with notable institutions such as Rowan University School of Osteopathic Medicine, Weisman Children’s, and Jefferson Health are contributing to the building's expanded services.

Future Outlook

Upon completion in June 2024, the Washington Medical Arts building will provide over 33,000 square feet of new medical space for lease, solidifying its position as a premier healthcare destination in the region.
