Arya Group Plans 174-room Hotel Near LA Rams' Sofi Stadium in Inglewood

Arya Group, renowned for its opulent residential projects throughout Los Angeles, is embarking on a bold venture in the hospitality sector with the L.A. Clippers. Under the guidance of Ardie Tavangarian, the West L.A.-based development company has unveiled plans for a towering 15-story Arya Hotel comprising 174 rooms at 3820 West 102nd Street. This establishment aims to replace an existing 18,000-square-foot industrial building, set adjacent to the upcoming Clippers arena. The proposed 200-foot structure, set to be one of the tallest edifices in Inglewood, will command a prominent position near the Intuit Dome of the Clippers, in close proximity to Hollywood Park and the SoFi Stadium, renowned homes of the L.A. Rams and Chargers NFL teams.

The mesmerizing white hotel, a visionary creation by Orange-based AO, showcases a striking arrangement of lush balconies seamlessly blending into towering windows, offering a panoramic spectacle. Adding to its allure, the rear facade hints at a grand mural or possibly a captivating digital masterpiece, creating an artistic allure.

Revered as a divine combination of elegance and wellness, AO's website defines the hotel as a boutique sanctuary with a myriad of wellness amenities nestled within a vibrant sports and entertainment hub. Boasting a lavish accommodation capacity of 300 keys and an expansive 10,000-square-foot ballroom, the hotel promises an opulent retreat for its guests.

Exploring Luxury Developments

A luxurious 300-room hotel is in the works at the Hollywood Park site. Additionally, a 13-story hotel is proposed at 4200 West Century Boulevard, and a Fairfield Inn is scheduled to commence construction this year at 3640 Century Boulevard. Tavangarian, hailing from Iran, has an impressive portfolio of high-end projects, which encompass mansions, public works developments, and resorts. Noteworthy among these are a Bel-Air mansion that fetched $75 million in 2019 and a Pacific Palisades mansion that sold for $83 million two years later.
