Armani Unveils New Casa Residences in Pompano Beach

Armani Casa is debuting its second branded condominium project in South Florida, following its Sunny Isles location, in partnership with Vertical Developments, WellDuo, GCF Development and SP Developments, in Pompano Beach, Florida. The development will feature 28 exclusive units.

Design Collaborators
Located at 1550 North Ocean Boulevard, the Armani/Casa Residences will consist of two distinct towers, each featuring a single, expansive apartment per floor with 360-degree views. The architectural design will be managed by G3 Architecture Studio, while West 8 will handle the landscape design. 

A New Standard of Elegance
The new project will usher in a new benchmark for sophistication in Pompano Beach. By combining exceptional design with refined condominium living, the development aims to establish the city as a destination for luxury real estate. Sales are set to launch this fall.

Past and Future Hotel Projects
In addition to bespoke residences, Armani's iconic design vision has become forever immortalized in hotels located in Dubai’s Burj Khalifa and Milan. A new Armani Hotel is set to open in Diriyah, Saudi Arabia, by 2026, further cementing the brand’s global footprint in luxury living.
