Note: With over a decade of experience in real estate acquisitions, Andy Wu has been a driving force in the single-family rental (SFR) and build-to-rent (BTR) sector. He has played a key role in the acquisition and disposition of over 25,000 assets, deploying more than $3.5 billion into the BTR/SFR market. His expertise spans acquisitions, asset management, investment strategy, and capital structuring.

Currently serving as SVP, and Head of Acquisitions at ARK Homes For Rent, Andy leads strategic initiatives in acquisitions and investment management for ARK's BTR portfolio. Prior to this, he held leadership roles in acquisitions at Resicap/Resibuilt, where he spearheaded the acquisition of BTR and SFR assets and ground-up BTR development opportunities.

Recognized as a thought leader in real estate, Andy was named to the IMN SFR & BTR Rising Star Class of 2023.
