Apple Miami Worldcenter officially welcomes its first customers today, Friday, January 24. This new flagship store in the heart of Miami’s vibrant downtown core offers a one-of-a-kind experience where customers can discover and purchase Apple’s latest products while enjoying exceptional service and programs like Today at Apple, where people can learn more about Apple products and develop tech skills.

Reflecting the city’s energy, creativity, and cultural diversity, Apple Miami Worldcenter is more than just a retail space. Deirdre O’Brien, Apple’s Senior Vice President of Retail and People, highlighted how the store celebrates Miami’s spirit through its design and in-store offerings. Customers will find programs and sessions tailored to Miami’s community, reinforcing Apple’s commitment to fostering local connections.
Built with environmentally friendly materials such as regionally sourced mass timber and other low-carbon materials, the store represents Apple’s focus on sustainability. The operations are fully carbon-neutral and powered by 100% renewable energy. Biophilic design elements, inspired by Miami’s Latin American influences, connect the space to its lush surroundings.
Accessibility is also a priority, with features like adjustable table heights, wider pathways for wheelchairs, and hearing loops for customers who use hearing aids. These efforts ensure an inclusive and welcoming experience for everyone.
The store introduces Miami’s first dedicated Apple Pickup area, streamlining online order collection. Customers can explore the latest Apple products, including the iPhone 16, M4-powered Macs, Apple Watch Series 10, and AirPods. The team of over 150 employees offers personalized setup assistance, advice on financing options, and guidance on the Apple Trade In program.

In celebration of the grand opening, Apple is hosting special Today at Apple sessions focused on the store’s environmentally conscious design. Additionally, Made for Business events will provide local entrepreneurs and small businesses with opportunities to learn how to maximize Apple’s tools for success.
Apple Miami Worldcenter is Apple’s 10th store in the Miami area and a testament to its growing presence in South Florida. With nearly 2,000 team members in the region and community partnerships like the one with Miami Dade College, Apple continues to invest in local education and workforce development.
Located at 100 NE 8th St., the store is adjacent to Sephora, Lululemon, Bezel, CitizenM Hotel and other premier spots in the area that make up one of the world's most dynamic mixed-use space. The 27-acre master-planned development, spanning 10 blocks, is reaching completion. Developed by Merrimac Ventures Nitin Motwan, Art Falcone and LA-based CIM Group, the project will encompass over 8,000 condos and apartments, 499 hotel keys and nearly 800,000 square feet of commercial space.
