Anbau Enterprises & BKSK Architects Publish New Renderings for Upcoming 32-unit Chelsea Luxury Condo

Linea, an 11-story residential building located at 428 West 19th Street in Chelsea, Manhattan, is approaching the end of its construction phase. Designed by BKSK Architects and developed by Anbau Enterprises, this 118-foot-tall building will house 32 condominium units, ranging from studios to four-bedroom layouts. Each unit will have an average size of 1,463 square feet. Anbau Enterprises acquired the property in 2020 for $18.5 million.

Architectural Design and Exterior Features

The primary rendering showcases the northern facade, featuring a brick exterior with a grid of recessed floor-to-ceiling windows framed by light-colored mullions. Starting from the ninth floor, several setbacks will host landscaped terraces with metal railings. The top floor will include a cantilevered section extending over the western side.

Entrance and Aerial View

The entrance will be adorned with wood paneling and a matching awning, displaying the building's name beside the doors. An aerial view highlights the top levels and landscaped terraces, as well as the brick-clad mechanical bulkhead. Wood paneling at the corners adds a complementary accent to the brick facade.

Interior Renderings and Amenities

Interior renderings reveal an open kitchen layout and a living room with large windows, providing abundant natural light and views of the surrounding neighborhood and the Midtown skyline to the north. The rear southern side of the building will feature a two-story communal courtyard with lounge seating, greenery, a dining table, and an outdoor kitchen and grilling station.

Nearby Transportation and Occupancy

Residents will have convenient access to the A, C, E, and L subway lines at the 14th Street station along Eighth Avenue. The construction of 428 West 19th Street is expected to be fully completed in the coming weeks, with occupancy beginning this fall.
