Altman Cos., a subsidiary of BBX Capital Corp., has proposed constructing Altis Grand Bay, a 336-unit apartment complex in Miami's Biscayne Shores neighborhood. The project aims to be situated on a 3.25-acre site at 11240 Biscayne Blvd, currently under contract with Bianca Investments.
Features and Amenities
Altis Grand Bay is envisioned to feature a 12-story building with a range of amenities. These include a swimming pool, a 1,700-square-foot health club, a 2,700-square-foot clubhouse, 4,600 square feet of ground-floor amenity space, and ample parking with 530 spaces.
Unit Mix and Sizes
The property will offer a diverse mix of studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom units, catering to various housing needs. These units will range from 550 to 1,300 square feet in size.
Commitment to Workforce Housing
As part of the project, Altman has committed to allocating 71 units for workforce housing, aiming to address the housing needs of a broader segment of the community.
