New renderings have been unveiled for Cassia, a 12-story residential development by Alta Developers in Coral Gables. Designed by Behar Font & Partners, this luxury turnkey condominium is located at 4011 Salzedo Street in the Merrick Park District and features 174 fully furnished residences with flexible rental options.

Cassia's architecture is marked by a rectilinear form and a white stucco exterior. The design incorporates vertical and horizontal lines through recessed balconies and window frames, with large floor-to-ceiling windows that provide expansive views and natural light.
