Allied Orion Group Living, in collaboration with Taurus Investment Holdings, has initiated construction on The Evergreen at Whisper Valley, a 348-unit multifamily complex situated in Manor, Texas, in close proximity to Austin. The project, located at 16601 E. Braker Lane, is strategically positioned within reach of various amenities and employers, including major companies like Amazon, Apple, Tesla, and IBM.

Project Details and Community Features

The Evergreen at Whisper Valley will offer a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom floorplans, embodying Class A standards. Each apartment will incorporate smart-living technology, while the community itself will boast an array of amenities such as a clubhouse, fitness center, pool, EV charging stations, business center, and bicycle workshop. The development aims to meet the National Green Building Standards’ Bronze criteria and attain a 2-star rating under the Austin Green Building standards.
