As part of the experience, Chèvre is operating within the space, offering coffee, breakfast items, gourmet sandwiches, cheeses, and curated wines. The café concept is also planned as part of the larger Ziggurat development, tying the sales center directly to the future project. Spencer Morris, president of Allen Morris Company, said the goal was to create a space that feels authentic to Coconut Grove and communicates the vision behind Ziggurat through experience rather than static displays.

The Ziggurat Project

Ziggurat is being designed by Oppenheim Architecture and will include a five-story, roughly 100,000 square foot office building, a three-story residential component with 18 ultra luxury condominiums, and approximately 45,000 square feet of retail space. The development is planned as a walkable hub, with landscaped paseos leading to a central courtyard and a rooftop restaurant overlooking Biscayne Bay. Interior design is being handled by Collarte Interiors, with landscape architecture by Andres Arcila of Naturalficial.

Residential and Leasing Details

The residential units will range from approximately 1,250 to more than 5,000 square feet, with pricing currently projected between $3.4 million and $15 million. Sales are exclusively represented by ONE Sotheby’s International Realty. Office leasing is being handled by Cushman & Wakefield, while retail leasing is led by Vertical International Real Estate.
