Alchemy & ABR Reveal Renderings for Upcoming Billionaire’s Row 26-Story Project

Fresh renderings have been revealed for 125 West 57th Street, a prominent 26-story commercial building situated along Midtown Manhattan's renowned Billionaires' Row. Developed by Alchemy-ABR Investment Partners and designed by FXCollaborative, the building will reach 440 feet tall.

The project in numbers: This impressive structure will encompass a total of 260,000 square feet. Within that space, it will offer 185,000 square feet of Class A office space, 7,000 square feet dedicated to retail, and an updated home for the historic Calvary Baptist Church. The construction budget is estimated at around $350 million, and the office spaces will commence 180 feet above street level. The leasing and marketing efforts will be managed by JLL and are set to launch in early 2024.

The connection to the Church: The Calvary Baptist Church has a rich history on this site, dating back to 1883. In 2017, the church sold the land to the developers for a substantial $150 million, leading to the creation of this remarkable project. The property, with Leading Builders Group as the general contractor, occupies an interior lot nestled between Sixth and Seventh Avenues.

The special facilities in the project: The building will offer a range of office amenities, including a lounge, meeting spaces, a boardroom, and over 4,000 square feet of outdoor terrace space. 

The development’s timeline: The completion date for 125 West 57th Street is scheduled for June 2025, as indicated on the construction site. This project promises to be a noteworthy addition to the ever-evolving landscape of Midtown Manhattan, offering modern office spaces and complementing the prestigious surroundings of Billionaires' Row.
