Airbnb is strengthening its footprint in New York City. The short-term rental giant recently signed a 13,300-square-foot lease for office space at the Olnick Organization's 130 Fifth Avenue. The lease details, including its length, were not disclosed. The property, also known as NoMad Tower, commands an asking rent between $70 and $82 per square foot. It is unclear if this marks a relocation or an additional office for Airbnb, which already lists a location at 222 Broadway. CBRE brokers managed Airbnb's lease.
