Advance Realty Breaks Ground on Freshpets' New Bedminster HQ

Advance Realty Investors has initiated the construction of a new 30,000-square-foot global headquarters for Freshpet, Inc., a company specializing in fresh pet food, in Bedminster, New Jersey. This new facility will be part of Bedminster Village Square, an updated home campus by Advance Realty Investors.

Planned Retail and Amenity Space

The headquarters will be complemented by an additional 20,000 square feet of retail, dining, and amenity spaces. These new additions aim to create a vibrant and multifunctional environment within Bedminster Village Square.

Innovative Design by Award-Winning Architect

The design of the headquarters was crafted by Nancy Dougherty, the 2023 AIA New Jersey Architect of the Year and managing partner at Studio 1200. The building will feature outdoor spaces and EV charging stations in its parking facilities, with a completion target set for early 2025.

Enhancements to Bedminster Village Square

Bedminster Village Square will include extensive landscaping, pedestrian paths, and connections to the town’s open space network. There will also be upgrades to the existing 87,000 square feet of office space on the campus, along with modern stormwater management systems and protected buffer zones.
