A recent photograph reveals that the second tower at Caoba Miami Worldcenter reached its highest point within the last few months. This development is owned by companies associated to Adam Neumann, Flow founder and WeWork former CEO. This newly topped tower boasts an impressive 40 stories and will accommodate a total of 411 residential units.

The tower’s progress: As of late May, construction progress had advanced to the 34th level. Caoba Miami Worldcenter's initial phase saw the completion of a 43-story tower in 2019. The new picture by Kevin Amézaga gives an update on this and shows the finished building.

What to expect upon inauguration: Upon the opening of both towers, a collective total of 855 apartments will be available, complemented by 888 parking spaces within the already completed garage, which was finalized alongside the first tower.
