ABH Developer Group Expands in Wynwood
Miami-based ABH Developer Group is advancing plans for its largest project yet — Wyn Tower, a 36-story mixed-use development slated for 3327 NW 2nd Avenue in Wynwood. The tower will bring nearly 300 new residences to one of Miami’s most in-demand neighborhoods.
The project aims to combine residential, retail, and office uses in a vertically integrated design that reflects Wynwood’s fast-evolving urban landscape.
Workforce Housing Commitment Under the Live Local Act
Wyn Tower will deliver 293 apartments, ranging from studios to two-bedrooms measuring 450 to 1,071 square feet. To comply with Florida’s Live Local Act, 40% of the residences (117 units) will be designated as workforce housing — priced at or below 120% of the area median income (AMI).
This integration of attainable housing within a high-rise setting mirrors Miami’s broader strategy to balance luxury development with affordability.
Mixed-Use Design and Amenities
The project’s podium base will incorporate 3,044 square feet of ground-floor retail space for dining and shops, 5,659 square feet of second-floor office space, and 196 parking spaces integrated into the structure.
Above the podium, residents will enjoy a rooftop restaurant and viewing deck offering panoramic views of the Miami skyline, a key amenity as Wynwood continues to attract both residents and visitors.
Design and Architecture
Designed by Modis Architects, the 366-foot-tall tower will feature a charcoal-and-white façade with a staggered, “lego-esque” look, reflecting Wynwood’s artistic identity.
The design aims to stand out in a skyline increasingly defined by sleek glass structures, offering a textured, modern contrast.
What’s Next
The development still awaits final approvals from local agencies. Once cleared, Wyn Tower is expected to mark a major step in Wynwood’s evolution from an arts district into a full-scale live-work neighborhood.
With its significant workforce housing component, Wyn Tower could become a model for how developers leverage the Live Local Act to blend profitability and policy compliance.
