Continuing its steady expansion in the bustling city of Los Angeles, 4S Bay Ventures recently acquired a prime site for $24 million in February 2021, as revealed in records. The acquisition follows their previous purchase of a 3.3-acre redevelopment site for $35 million in 2020, showcasing their commitment to investing in the region.

This new site holds immense potential due to its strategic location adjacent to the iconic Baldwin Hills Crenshaw Mall.
