Zachary Greenwood is a member of the CBRE East Bay Multifamily Investment Properties Group. Zach specializes in investment real estate brokerage with a focus in multifamily, mixed-use and land sales in the San Francisco Bay Area. Since joining the team in 2014, Zach has been involved in representing clients in the acquisition and/or disposition of over 1,050 apartment units representing more than $280 Million of transaction volume. Prior to joining the team, Zach worked as CBRE’s lead researcher for the San Francisco East Bay, providing support to all CBRE East Bay brokerage teams. Prior to joining CBRE, Zach worked with Cornish and Carey Commercial in their Downtown San Francisco office as an intern for one of the top office tenant representation teams, specializing in business development.
Zach Graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley where he also participated in four years of Division 1 water polo. Zach remains a sports enthusiast and continues to compete in water polo. Zach currently resides in San Francisco.
