Wilson Brown works with the Dallas Industrial Leasing team as a Senior Vice President. Mr. Brown is responsible for industrial leasing assignments throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth market, with a focus on the Northwest Dallas and DFW Airport submarkets. Wilson draws upon his diversified experiences and education to find creative solutions to unique problems, and build long-term real estate value for our instutional clients.
Prior to joining the Industrial Leasing team, Mr. Brown was hired by CBRE in 2012 as a Strategic Accounts Business Analyst/Asset Services Special Projects Coordinator under the Americas President of Agency Brokerage and Asset Services, Edward Schreyer. In his role as National Special Projects coordinator Wilson worked with CBRE brokers all over the country to help streamline the firm’s agency leasing pursuits on a national scale. Wilson was also responsible for quarterly National Industrial MarketView reports sent out to every CBRE office and the firm’s institutional clients.
