Wes joined Boyd Commercial in September 2015 and is a specialist in industrial and commercial real estate brokerage in the greater Houston Markets. Wes is primarily involved in selling and leasing distribution, manufacturing and service center facilities, build-to-suit and design-construct projects, site acquisitions, investment property sales, and tenant representation. Wes has completed intensive market training and teams with senior firm principals to deliver value to their clients through cost-saving and risk mitigation real estate strategies. Prior to joining Boyd, Wes worked at Halliburton in their rotational field associate program. He worked directly with both their operational and business development teams to provide drilling solutions for customers including Exxon, Chevron, Apache, Oxy, Shell, and BHP. Wes graduated from Miami University in 2014 with a double Business Major in Finance and Entrepreneurship.
