Wes Racht joined the Fluellen-Hoover Multifamily Group of Marcus & Millichap in 2018. He brings a wealth of knowledge from his previous seven years of real estate experience, and a tenacious work ethic derived from collegiate football and multifamily investment sales. In his career, Wes has obtained a Real Estate Broker license in the State of Texas, has completed more than 300 transactions, transacted in Texas and California, and operated a property management company. Wes prides himself in analyzing each investment as his own and achieving results that exceed market expectations. With a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of North Texas, Wes has a keen eye to find and capitalize on investment opportunities. Before joining Marcus & Millichap, Wes was the co-owner of now Revyve Chiropractic & Massage which also includes Cryotherapy. He co-founded the business in 2012 in Forney, Texas.
