Tom is not your average young adult. He began in his senior year of high school working as a Notary Public/closing agent for a title company executing real estate closings for purchases and refinances. Since his first day, he has been a part of over 500 purchase and refinances transactions in his young career. While knowing real estate was his passion and since his family around him have had success as investors in the industry, Tom became a licensed real estate agent at 18 and began working under the wings of several successful agents in the industry. When Tom was 20, he was a partner in acquiring, renovating, listing, and selling his first property in less than 60 days on the market. Tom entered into the NJAR Circle of Excellence earning a bronze award at the age of 21. He then moved on reaching for bigger achievements. In the first half of 2016, Tom was the number 1 agent in the tri-state area for Keller Williams for transactions closed. He was then able to maintain that status in the top 10 years over year for closed units.
