About
Todd Martens, Vice President, Industrial Services, joined VOIT Real Estate Service in 2011 after more than 8 years at Cushman & Wakefield. During his career, Todd has completed more than 3.75 million square feet of successful sales and leasing transactions valued in excess of $98 million throughout California, and largely in the LA Basin’s Industrial Markets. Todd brings a client’s perspective to his clients gleaned from more than 10 years in management positions at Fortune 500 companies including Pepsi Bottling Group and Hershey Foods Corporation. This experience has made him a key player in establishing a customer-centric focus, and has gained him the reputation as one of “the” top industrial brokerage professionals. A Midwest native, Todd earned his Bachelor of Arts in Operations Management from the University of Iowa, along with his Finance MBA from Pepperdine University. Todd, his wife, and son reside in Coastal Orange County, where they enjoy many outdoor activities like; motocross and street-bike riding, camping, skiing/snowboarding, and any beach sport.
