Todd Jurek has a 34-year record of proven accomplishments in commercial property management, construction management, leasing, and property acquisition/disposition. His experience includes overseeing all management services on over 20 million square feet of office, industrial, retail, multi-family, self-storage, and hospitality facilities. Todd’s career began in 1986 with Fuller Real Estate Services as a Property Manager, overseeing a portfolio of office, retail and industrial properties totaling over 1 million square feet. As Vice President and Director of Property Management for Macfarlan Real Estate Investment Management from 1999 until late 2004, Todd was responsible for overseeing approximately 6 million square feet of commercial properties. These properties included the prestigious Thanksgiving Tower, a 50 story, 1.4 million square foot landmark high-rise office building in downtown Dallas, Texas.
