Tamer Iskander is the Founder and Managing Principal, and leads the acquisitions team in sourcing and determining the feasibility of individual investments, oversees asset management and brokerage activities . Over the course of his career, Mr. Iskander has executed real estate transactions in excess of $750 million across multiple property types, including hospitality, multi-family, office, retail and industrial. His expertise extends to debt placement, loan restructuring, joint ventures, investment land dispositions, asset management, and real estate advisory services. In addition to founding Tivoli Cove Capital, Mr. Iskander has held positions as COO of Accretion Capital, a family office headquartered in Miami, Florida; Associate Vice President at Transwestern Commercial Services in the South Florida Capital Markets Group; and Associate Vice President at Rockwood Real Estate Advisors - a New York based real estate investment banking firm and wholly owned subsidiary of CW Capital.
