A native New Yorker, Sydney was born and raised in Greenwich Village. Her parents, Top Brokers Meris and Kenny Blumstein, raised her and her brother Cole in their "starter apartment", a 2500 square foot loft they purchased in the mid ‘70s. An informal host of open houses since age 6, Sydney joined her family real estate team in 2006 as the second generation of this real estate dynasty! She has sold and rented over $100 Million worth of property in her career. She moves fluidly through the city's constantly evolving housing market.
