Simon C. Lipton is President and Founder of Monopoly Real Estate Group, which was formed in 1987. He has over three decades of real estate experience: acquiring, assembling, planning, syndicating, building, brokering, and marketing residential development projects and commercial properties throughout Florida. Over the years, Mr. Lipton has helped realize over $1 Billion worth of complicated real estate transactions, consisting of many of Florida’s most successful communities, most notably: The Polo Club of Boca Raton, Polo Trace & Monarch Lakes. Additionally, Mr. Lipton has helped acquire and sell hotels, office buildings and other commercial properties. Mr. Lipton’s experience includes operating divisions of public companies, as well as international business operations, fashion design, marketing, licensing, importing, and exporting. Prior to entering the field of real estate, Mr. Lipton was an executive with several leading designer apparel companies in New York.
