Sean Truesdale is a Managing Director at Alpha Capital CRE where he is primarily responsible for underwriting, structuring, and executing debt and equity placements. Sean has over 6 years of experience in commercial real estate, focusing on debt and equity placement across all asset classes nationwide. Sean has been involved in over $3BN of CRE capital markets transactions. Prior to joining Alpha, Sean spent three years as a senior associate with Pangea Mortgage Capital, a CRE bridge and special situations lender based in Chicago, as well as three years as an analyst in the capital markets group of Pangea Properties, a private REIT based in Chicago. Sean started his career with Cortland Capital Market Services (now Alter Domus) in their investor relations group. Education & Affiliations: Mr. Truesdale received his Bachelor of Science degree from Marquette University’s College of Business Administration where he studied Economics & Finance.
