About

Scott is a Managing Director in the New York office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He has 15 years of experience in commercial real estate, specializing in debt and equity placement transactions in the United States with a focus on New York City MSA. He joined as part of the HFF acquisition, and has closed more than $3.50 billion of senior mortgage, mezzanine and equity financings for construction and stabilized projects. Prior to that, Scott was with Cushman and Wakefield, formerly Massey Knakal Realty Services, where he joined Massey Knakal to help establish their Capital Services business in 2011. Before this role, he was a Vice President in Bank of America Merrill Lynch’s Commercial Real Estate Bank, where he focused on syndicated balance sheet transactions ranging from $15 million to $1.2 billion.
