Ryan is a senior managing director in the Houston office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He joined JLL as part of the HFF acquisition and is responsible for the disposition of institutional and entrepreneurial-owned retail assets throughout the Southwestern United States. He has 15 years of experience in retail commercial real estate and has the unique ability to thoroughly analyze and transact investment properties ranging from single-tenant, net leased assets to institutional quality grocery, power and lifestyle centers.
Ryan started at HFF in 2011. Before that, he was a top producer at CBRE, where he was responsible for all aspects of retail investment sales out of the Houston office. He started his career in retail leasing and sales at two of the most active boutique retail brokerage firms in Houston, Wulfe & Co. and Baker Katz.
