Robert specializes in the sale and leasing of office properties throughout Los Angeles, his current and past agency assignments include Landlords such as Montana Avenue Capital Partners, Alta West Partners, 4M Investments, The Lionstone Group, Equity Office, Kennedy Wilson, Rising Realty Partners, GE/Arden Realty and VDA Property Company to name a few. A sample of past tenant engagements include VCA, McG, Technicolor, The Walt Disney Company, Momentous Insurance, Ikon Office Solutions, and the Panasonic Corporation. Mr. Erickson offers a range of services including lease negotiations, evaluation, analysis and examination of relocation alternatives and the design and implementation of acquisition and divestiture strategies as well as marketing plans to ensure maximum exposure and returns for property sales and leasing. He has transacted sales and leases valued at more than $2.5 billion dollars over the course of his 33 Year career.
