Robert Serra is an Associate Director at Black Bear Asset Management (“BBAM”). As an Associate Director, Mr. Serra is responsible for underwriting investments in accordance with the firm’s investment criteria. In addition, Mr. Serra assists in the placement of debt, facilitates related transactions, and provides support to the firm’s overall operations. Robert is a graduate of Johnson & Wales University in Miami, Florida where he played collegiate golf. Outside of work, Robert continues to spend time on the course, expand his knowledge of global markets, and volunteer with various charitable organizations.
