Rich Dorfman joined SRS in 2020 as senior associate in the New York office for the National Net Lease Group.
With more than five years of experience in investment sales of single-tenant net lease and retail shopping center assets across the country, he began his career with SAB Capital at Marcus & Millichap within their flagship Manhattan office, where he was able to work and learn from some of the firm’s top brokerage professionals. Within the past year, he was responsible for over $200 million worth of assets sold, placed under contract, and exclusively listed. Rich’s client base consists primarily of merchant developers, 1031 exchange buyers, private and public institutions, and private investors.
Rich is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts, Amherst where he studied at the Isenberg School of Management. He is an active member of ICSC and is in attendance at a conference almost every month. Rich gives back to his community by volunteering with Covenant House, New York City’s largest provider serving youth experiencing homelessness.
