Phillip Grafe is an Associate Producer with NorthMarq. Phillip and his team are responsible for the Investment Sales and Capitalzations in Central & South Texas. Geographic Coverage: San Antonio, Austin, and Texas Secondary & Tertiary Markets Prior to joining NorthMarq in 2020, Phil spent the past two years as a Capital Markets Analyst for JLL specializing in multifamily. In the two year span at JLL Phil underwrote, valued, and positioned over 160 assets across Central & South Texas. Prior to JLL Phil had experience with companies such as Bakke Development Corporation and Valbridge Property Advisor in San Antonio, TX where he produced market research analysis and financial underwriting for the San Antonio, Austin, Houston, and Dallas market areas.
