I am a real estate expert & seasoned venture builder that is committed to advancing the world in collaborative settings which benefit from my skillsets of communication, hard work, and ingenuity. As a capital Advisor I have structured financing for over $2.5 billion worth of commercial real estate. My expertise in construction, equity placement, CMBS, Insurance Companies, Agency (Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and Hud), multifamily, and specialty assets has allowed me to facilitate capital into ground breaking projects across 27 states. I gained specific knowledge in high growth markets across the country and have placed over $500MM of capital in Mountain States since 2019.
