Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Mr. Rockett executed on the sale of 88 Leonard Street, a 352 unit Class A apartment property, 80 Broad Street, a 36 story office tower in the Financial District, 30 Flatbush Avenue, a 242,000 SF office property in Downtown Brooklyn fully-leased to Con Edison, and 101 Murray Street, a prime Tribeca development site.
Mr. Rockett's clients include Vornado Realty Trust, Benetton, Rockrose and St. John's University. He notably executed the sale of 452 5th Avenue for $330 million on behalf of HSBC during one of the most challenging periods in the New York City investment sales market.
