About
Michael Ware is a Senior Vice President in the Dallas office of Institutional Property Advisors (IPA). He joined IPA with more than 15 years of experience in commercial real estate investment advisory. As a member of the team, he is responsible for private and institutional transactions throughout the DFW Metroplex. Michael has been involved in multifamily asset sales for a wide spectrum of owners totaling more than $4 billion and has experience across core, core-plus, and value-add strategies.
Michael holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of North Texas and an MBA from Southern Methodist University, where he graduated with highest honors. He is on the board of directors for the Folsom Institute of Real Estate and is involved in Urban Land Institute’s Center for Leadership and The Touchdown Club of Dallas.
Michael and his wife, Dori, reside in Dallas with their two kids.
