Michael Volpe’s involvement in the New York real estate industry and dedication to commercial real estate finance for the last 15+ years has helped build long-lasting relationships with lenders and clients alike. He is well versed in all of the asset classes and can accommodate construction, permanent and bridge financing loan requests. Michael has twice been recognized in the Commercial Observer as a Top 20 Mortgage Broker under the age of 35. He prides himself on not only being able to facilitate straight-forward financing transactions but also being able to accommodate more nuanced, “creative” deals. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Wesleyan University and a Master of Science in Real Estate Finance from New York University.
