Megan Wood joined CBRE in June of 2005, focusing her efforts on new business growth in the company’s Investment Properties division with retail property specialization. As part of the National Retail Partners – West (NRP-West), Megan has been involved in the successful closing of more than 447 retail properties valued at more than $7.2 billion consisting of portfolios, anchored centers, strip centers, single tenant assets, specialty retail projects, and “distressed” assets. Since the start of 2012, NRP-West has sold 176 retail properties totaling approximately $3.3 billion in value. During this time, the team has averaged 95% of “list” price, and 101% of “probable” pricing per the RFP.
