Matt is a principal and managing member of Apricus Realty Capital. Prior, he held senior investment positions at Miller Global Properties and Transwestern Investment Company/Pearlmark. His transaction volume tops over $8.5 billion. Matt has an MBA from the University of Chicago and a BS from the University of Dayton. He earned his CPA designation and is an active member of ULI and NAREIT.
